Wife of Kebbi State Governor and First lady of the state, Hajia Zainab Atiku Bagudu yesterday adopted the daughter of an insane woman who parades the city of Kebbi into her family. The kind hearted mother changed the girl's name from Siddiqa Bako to Siddiqa Abubakar Atiku Bagudu. The insane woman has also been taken to the hospital for treatment.
