A shocking new video has blown open the case of Noel Aguilar, a 23 year old man killed in a police scuffle in 2014. Noel Aguilar was pulled over while riding a bicycle in May 2014 by two deputies. It is unclear why he was pulled over. Watch the video below:

A new video, which was released anonymously has shown a totally different and shocking account of what really transpired. Officers Murad and Ruiz are seen shooting a handcuffed Noel Aguilar five
times after pinning the suspect down before planting a gun beside him.
