The court of appeal has dismissed the judgement of the High Court which had sacked Okezie Ikpeazu as governor of Abia State, leading to the issuance of a Certificate of Return to Uche Ogah.
However, Ogah has indicated that he would head to the supreme court, believing he has a good case.
